Welcome to Between Generations Care. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of betweengencare.org (the "Site"), our digital products, our Heart to Heart Sessions, and any other services provided by Between Generations Care ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site, purchasing a product, booking a session, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Between Generations Care provides caregiver advocacy, peer support, educational content, and digital products designed to support caregivers who are caring for loved ones, particularly those in the Sandwich Generation. Our services include:

All digital products (ebooks, toolkits, guides) are sold through our third-party storefront, Stan Store. When you purchase a digital product:
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products (ebooks, toolkits, guides) are final and non-refundable.
However, we care about your satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download or believe you received a defective file, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
Heart to Heart Sessions are one-on-one peer support conversations. By booking a session, you agree to the following:
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued. However, life happens, especially for caregivers. Contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to work with you.
Refunds for Sessions: Session fees are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Package sessions (Monthly Support and Quarterly Intensive) are non-refundable once any session in the package has been used.
Monthly Support and Quarterly Intensive packages include multiple Heart to Heart Sessions purchased at a discounted rate. Package sessions must be used within the timeframes specified at purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over and are not refundable.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from Between Generations Care, including newsletters, resource updates, and occasional promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
All content on our Site and in our digital products, including text, graphics, logos, images, ebooks, videos, and software, is the property of Between Generations Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

We treat the personal and emotional information you share during Heart to Heart Sessions and email correspondence with care and respect. While we maintain confidentiality as a professional practice, please note that Between Generations Care is not a HIPAA-covered entity and our sessions are not protected under medical confidentiality laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Between Generations Care, Danielle Frazier, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Between Generations Care and Danielle Frazier from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our Site or services.
We use third-party services to operate our business, including Stan Store (digital product sales), GoHighLevel (CRM and website), Namecheap (email and domain), and others. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
